Unique Wine and Nature Tours

Booking Policy, Terms and Conditions

Covid-19 Protocols: While Western Australia is in Stage 4 restrictions, basic protocols will be followed and may include having your temperature checked before the start of the tour, using provided hand sanitizer when entering the vehicle and general minimising hand contact with other guests. Should restrictions change, then the protocols will also be adjusted to what is recommended by the government.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Margaret River Wine and Nature Tours and are intended for your safety and ease of use of our services. They should be read and understood before making a booking. We have tried our best to keep the fine print to a minimum, but the following terms are necessary for the benefit of everyone who goes on a tour. By making a booking with us, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. Your tour includes use of the lounge at Margaret River B&B, parking on the premises and, if included in your tour, lunch as specified elsewhere on this website.

Booking | Payment | Cancellation Policy

No deposit will be charged. Full payment will be taken up to 3 days prior to the day of the tour or on the day of the tour. If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before your date of the tour, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified within 3 days of the tour or in case of no-show, 100% of the fare will be charged. Reservations made through a booking agency will upon cancellation attract said booking agency’s administration fee if applicable.

As the online booking system is in real time, it is possible for the tour to sell out before your purchase process is completed. If this occurs the customer’s search results will expire and the customer will need to begin the search process again. Margaret River Nature Tours takes no responsibility for seats becoming not available during the course of the booking procedure. Margaret River Nature Tours reserves the right to cancel a booking at any stage. All payments will be fully refunded in such unlikely event. We strongly recommend that guests take out travel/cancellation insurance.

Guest Property: The person booking the seats or the cardholder is deemed to be responsible for their actions and those of any of their party. Margaret River Nature Tours and its staff does not accept liability in respect of any loss or damage to articles brought along on the tour. We also cannot accept responsibility for your cars while parked on our premises. Your car is parked at your own risk.

Non-Smoking: For the comfort and benefit of our guests, Margaret River Nature Tours is a strictly non-smoking tour.

Lost Property: Lost property is held for a period of 1 month. It is the responsibility of the guest to contact the management to claim lost property. On request, lost property will be returned via a pre-paid and addressed Australia Post envelope or courier at cost.

Bushwalking: It is strongly advised that tour participants do not go walking through the bush away from paths and tracks. Although snakes are very rare, they may be present in the bush and may bite if startled and most of our snakes are poisonous. Keeping to the tracks will also help preserve the bush as the vegetation and soil is fragile. If guests choose to go bushwalking away from the tour group they do so at their own risk. For your own safety, please advise the tour guide if you are leaving the tour group. Always take plenty of water if the day will be hot.

Risk of Falling Branches: Our large gum trees (Eucalypts) particularly the Marri and the Jarrah trees have a habit of dropping branches, whether the tree is dead or alive. This is due to insect attack (termites and borers) or water stress and can occur randomly and even without any wind. Although extremely rare events, please do not park under large branches and do not remain under large trees without first assessing the risk.
